Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events
  • Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsorships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
  • Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience with Tableau, SFDC, Asana and Swoogo a plus
  • Must be metrics-driven
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and rollout of scalable and efficient field marketing program kits
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Work cross functionally to set-up and run effective and efficient meetings
  • Hold teams accountable for deliverables and gather feedback on programs
  • Own and execute key foundational programs to support AMER horizontal lead and pipeline generation
  • Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets in Google slides and in Google sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables
