- 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events
- Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsorships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
- Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Experience with Tableau, SFDC, Asana and Swoogo a plus
- Must be metrics-driven
- Support the development and rollout of scalable and efficient field marketing program kits
- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Work cross functionally to set-up and run effective and efficient meetings
- Hold teams accountable for deliverables and gather feedback on programs
- Own and execute key foundational programs to support AMER horizontal lead and pipeline generation
- Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets in Google slides and in Google sheets
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables
