Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in recruiting systems/program management
  • Minimum of a baccalaureate degree
  • A strong sense of project management
  • Ability to move quickly and drive collaborative teams to a solution, including finding alternatives to projects that require heavy involvement from Engineering, Design, and Marketing
  • Ability to operate as both a strategist and a leader and roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Ability to operate effectively with only high-level direction in a fast-paced environment, with a desire both to learn new techniques and educate others
  • A meticulous sense of organization, with resourcefulness for operational excellence
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
  • 5+ years experience in recruiting operations or technical program management
  • Experience working with teams and technical projects distributed across the globe, including APAC and EMEA
  • Experience articulating business questions, and using available data to find answers that translate into business recommendations
  • Experience running projects that include large datasets; advanced analytical skills a plus
  • Hyper-vigilant attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a high-growth fast-paced environments
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition
  • Comfortable working in some or all of the following systems Greenhouse, Prelude, Gem, Airtable, Gsuite
Responsibilities
  • Own the Talent Acquisition tool stack
  • Be the point of contact for our vendors and help to collaborate on new initiatives, contract negotiations, and feedback cycles
  • Help to develop a formalized intake process to scale the prioritization and effectiveness of the team
  • Help us implement and build a Talent Acquisition tech stack and own relationships with third-party vendors
  • Lead the delivery of strategic, high-impact cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives from ideation to launch
  • Leverage technical expertise to develop thorough plans with key milestones and goals, identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely and smooth project launches
  • Drive decisions when difficult tradeoffs must be made; serve as a role model for navigating problems with an analytical approach and calming demeanor
