As a Product Manager within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition. You will work on the Recruiter product leading innovative projects developing AI-assisted search tools, refining our ranking algorithms, and expanding the pool of discoverable candidates. These initiatives are crucial for empowering our customers to quickly find high-quality candidates. In this role you will:
Enhance Talent Discovery: Expand the pool of talent available to recruiters, making it easier for them to find great candidates. Through improving our search functionalities, you’ll help more candidates get noticed based on their skills and experiences.
Improve Search Quality: Refine our search algorithms, employing ranking and embedding techniques to ensure that search results are not only relevant but also of the highest quality. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, helping recruiters quickly connect with ideal candidates.
Drive Measurable Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these advanced search technologies and measure the results to our marketplace key metrics.
Responsibilities:
Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap that sets the path for how search should evolve in an AI-first world. Get alignment from cross-functional team members and executives for your vision and strategy.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, and promote new features and enhancements.
Become deeply familiar with LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions customers, their recruiting process, and LinkedIn’s search infrastructure. Synthesize needs from interactions with customers, users, sales and marketing teams into hypothesis-driven product requirements. Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases in search.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
- BS degree in a technology-related field
- 4+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing enterprise products and a proven ability to communicate and work directly with customers.
Ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
Experience in the hiring, recruiting, or talent acquisition space.
Understanding of search technologies or similar technical domains, such as document parsing, query understanding, ranking algorithms, and vector embeddings.
Experience working with large-scale and complex data sets and applying machine learning and natural language processing techniques to improve search relevance and quality.
Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to learn quickly and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and product marketers.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $167,875 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
