Requirements
  • Everbridge is seeking a SaaS Sales Leader with at least 5 years of experience managing a team of 6-10 quota-carrying representatives
  • The ideal candidate will have experience leading "hunting" focused teams closing growth businesses within customer whitespace and selling an enterprise platform with multiple products while navigating through multiple buyers across an organization
  • Strong experience scaling sales teams and revenues within a SaaS environment, with proven leadership qualities, including selecting and developing staff, communicating a vision, and inspiring teams
  • Possess good judgment and business acumen with a keen ability to assess people, processes, and products, as well as critical thinking, problem-solving, and problem-resolution skills
  • Travel expectations are up to 30%
  • Specialized skills and knowledge in the sale of ITSM solutions, system monitoring and management, communication services, and business continuity and disaster recovery products are highly desirable
  • Experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology is also preferred
Responsibilities
  • Drive your team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through proven leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills
  • Hire, train, and motivate your sales team, providing regular coaching and mentoring for personal and professional development
  • Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with your team's business plan for pipeline generation and predictable revenue delivery
  • Implement and manage a repeatable sales process that emphasizes discovery, qualification, and solution mapping
  • Develop and refine monitoring and reporting tools to track team success and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments on technical, business, and deployment issues
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track and report on team forecasts, sales activities, and pipeline management to accurately forecast and grow sales
