Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data paired with a passion to connect with, understand, and shape the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a fast paced team
  • Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of experience gathering and documenting. business, clinical, and/or functional requirements using configuration guides
  • Experience working in a health plan or healthcare product/solutions setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand the client's needs and pain points in operationalizing value based payment arrangements
  • Map client's data model to product application's data schema
  • Analyze and document business requirements; communicate requirements to Nuna product and engineering team through the completion of product configuration guides, technical specifications, and lo-fi UI prototypes
  • Work with Product Managers and Design to develop custom UI designs where client's needs do not conform to existing product configuration options
  • Document changes to baseline requirements through standard change control process with client
  • Assist in documenting Nuna Value Platform test plans, technical requirements, release notes, user and training guidelines and other materials
  • Convert information gathered into details including data sources, data and user types, interface components, interface navigation needs and reporting needs
  • Plan, coordinate, and support unit acceptance testing and subsequent deployments in coordination with Product and engineering teams, and prioritize testing feedback for client delivery or future roadmap consideration
  • Collaborate with product, client management, engineering teams and the client to verify and validate Nuna's Value Platform implementation
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to identify and design new ways to extend Nuna's products to better serve customer needs
