- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and self-reliant with a hands-on approach
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and web design skills are a plus - we'll want to see your portfolio!
- Familiarity with film editing software a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with MailChimp and Hootsuite
- Based in either the Stamford, CT or New York, NY office
- The Foundation currently operates in a hybrid-remote work model. Employees can work from home one day per week
- Some travel required

- Assist the Communications Manager with communications plans, programs, and activities that support the Office of Inclusion & Community and the Foundation such as:
- Create branded visual collateral for all digital, events, social, internal communications, and Foundation reports
- Assist with managing mailing lists, distributing, and tracking engagement of internal and external communications using Mailchimp and Salesforce campaigns
- Assist in the planning and production of Foundation events
- Consistently update the social media presence of the Foundation on new and existing platforms with unique copy and content
- Provide quarterly reporting and campaign effectiveness reports, identifying key analytics
- Establish a content calendar that schedules all aspect of creation and delivery throughout the year, utilizing programs such as Sprout Social or Hootsuit
