Requirements
  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • High attention to detail
  • Moderate/Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Proficient in Sheets, basic accounting or AP knowledge
  • Able to work on a team or individually
  • Effective communication across multiple platforms
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • A self-starter who can multi-task well and meet deadlines
  • Strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
  • Determine reasoning for incorrect invoices and determine how to correct
  • Conduct reconciliations to maintain records and seek out any discrepancies
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Use excel/google sheet knowledge to improve processes to increase efficiency
  • Use your strong development and analytical skills to solve business problems across the company
  • Create and maintain efficient workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, implement new workflows when needed, test new systems
