  • 5+ years of relevant experience of system engineering and infrastructure support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365 services and hybrid environments
  • Technical knowledge of Windows servers, cloud technologies, and Microsoft applications
  • Proven expertise and hands-on server experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Working expertise of virtualization technologies and concepts with Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Proficiency with power shell scripting
  • Ability to collaborate and provide a positive mindset where you consistently look for solutions
  • Ability to provide technical services on the design and implementation side
  • Knowledge and ability to apply troubleshooting techniques for single and multi-user systems

Responsibilities
  • Tier II-III engineering maintenance, design and implementation support
  • Provide hands-on support of a broad spectrum of technologies including Windows /Linux Servers/workstations, O365 services and hybrid infrastructure
  • Provide patching services using Tanium and/or Crowdstrike processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues and provide desk-side support
  • Communicate status of incidents, plans for resolving incidents and completed incident reports
  • Performing regular security tests and security monitoring
  • Provide expertise and insight into best practices that our clients may incorporate into the delivery of services
  • Hold accountability for processes, tools, best practices, and measurements utilized in delivery of services
