- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).
- Front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or libraries into applications (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data processing frameworks, and API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software testing, code quality, and secure coding practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver data-driven products.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize production applications in cloud environments.
- Apply modern software practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps) to ensure reliability and security.
- Incorporate AI/ML models and services into applications as needed, ensuring they scale and integrate with existing systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, or data pipeline orchestration.
- Experience supporting government, defense, or mission-critical systems.
- Active or eligible security clearance.
