Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, innovative work environment.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and other Office Suite programs such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust processes, workflows, and measurement frameworks to streamline operations and support team objectives.
  • Execute reinforcement strategies for training programs to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to effectively deploy talent activities and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, process documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration, accessibility, and onboarding of new vendors and technology platforms.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of the company intranet to ensure it meets the needs of all employees.
