Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers
  • Be the dedicated contact and own the overall relationship with clients
  • Ensure successful onboarding process for new customers
  • Provide proactive support to clients to increase adoption and minimize churn
  • Respond to client queries and coordinate across various teams to solve problems
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell to expand contract revenue
  • Shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Support/drive new feature roll outs and contribute towards market development work
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how the company can better serve customers
