A day in the life.
As a Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing workplace safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and providing recommendations to improve safety standards. You will collaborate with clients to develop safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and training initiatives to support compliance with OSHA regulations
Proficient in collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies for clients, building strong relationships, advising on safety proposals, ensuring timely execution, and enhancing the service experience through effective communication
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, combined with exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and engage audience
Bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse populations
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
BS/BA in Occupational Safety, Industrial Technology, or a closely related field

The applicable base salary range for this role is $43,700 to $81,400.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
