Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex software and hardware systems.
  • Advanced Git knowledge (workflows, branching/merging, conflict resolution, history manipulation).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting (bash).
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments, with the ability to diagnose issues using command-line tools (e.g., lshw, ssh).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently under tight deadlines.
  • Background in manufacturing test for electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, release, and maintain test solutions to support early hardware bring-up and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure test coverage and processes are in place for all production phases (PCBA, module, system, and vehicle-level).
  • Contribute to prototype validation and troubleshooting activities.
  • Establish best practices and drive improvements in test execution, runtime efficiency, and yield performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in NPI (new product introduction) testing and validation strongly preferred.
  • C++ experience is a plus.
