As the Manager on the Analysis & Insights team, you will be the head of delivery for the Merkle | Cardinal Path (MCP) Scaled Services Center (SSC), a group of hundreds of clients who work with MCP on a variety of workstreams related to Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform. . You will be focused on leading the delivery of client work across this portfolio of clients by developing our team of delivery consultants, by working directly with clients, and by partnering with our Customer Success and Project Management teams. You will bring value to our clients and our teams through world-class product knowledge in Google Analytics and related products. You will report to the Senior Director, Analysis & Insights.
- You will quickly assess new client work requests regarding subject matter, level of complexity, and urgency, to ensure that the most appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) is assigned to the work.
- You will review our client work queue to re-prioritize our teams’ efforts, to ensure work is being delivered as planned, and to identify areas where team members may need additional support.
- You will consult directly with clients on more complex work requests, with respect to topics like reporting, attribution, and data visualization.
- You will partner with our Customer Success organization to identify and nurture revenue growth opportunities, and to develop client strategy.
- You will partner with our Project Management organization to ensure that client expectations are managed, and that work is delivered on time and on budget.
- You will design and implement a process by which individual contributors receive constructive feedback on their work.
- You will raise the standard of our teams’ work by sharing product knowledge, delivering constructive feedback, and collaborating with individual contributors.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements.
- You will ensure the SSC’s needs in terms of resource capacity, skill sets, etc. are clearly represented to senior management.
- You will contribute to sales and marketing materials such as pitches, blog posts, and webinars.
Qualifications
- You will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience working with Google Analytics in enterprise environments, including 2+ years of hands-on experience working with GA4.
- You will be fluent with “360”-level features and capabilities of Google Analytics.
- You will have Significant experience working across GA4 reporting surfaces (web UI, API, Looker Studio connector, BigQuery export)
- You will working familiarity with various implementation methods and their implications (e.g. client-side vs. server-side).
- You will have working familiarity with various Google products commonly integrated with GA4, e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Search Console.
- You will have working familiarity with fundamental use-cases for digital analytics, e.g. digital marketing, optimization and personalization, and and data visualization.
- You will have Proven ability to break a problem into component parts, and to logically connect the “symptoms” a client is reporting to appropriate “diagnoses” and “prescriptions.”
