Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly functions in all areas as directed by the manager, including assembling and packaging accessory parts or other small units using new parts.
  • Assemble various units, kits, accessory parts, subassemblies, coils, hardware packets, valves, and other components as directed by the manager.
  • Collect parts and prepare a sufficient quantity of each for the number of units specified by the production schedule.
  • Assemble required units and accessories following standard assembly procedures and continuously check for quality.
  • Perform quality checks on small units according to standard procedures and specifications.
  • Check valve continuity.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints and assembly drawings.
  • Paint products.
  • Package and prepare units for shipment to customers.
  • Perform basic personal computer functions in various software systems.
  • Rework units that fail to pass quality control checks.
  • Provide training in work methods, procedures, and work instructions to employees and temporary workers.
Desired Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
