This opportunity is within Colibri Healthcare supporting the B2B sales efforts for Scorebuilder and Fitzgerald Health Education Associates exam preparation products supporting Physical Therapy and Nurse Practitioner in higher education institutions.
Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key member of our team responsible for researching, identifying, and screening potential customers in higher education who could benefit from our products and services as well as engaging with past customers to ensure they return to purchase products / services in future school cycles. As the first line of communication with a prospective customer, the ideal candidate is comfortable and excels at researching leads, contacting prospective customers, starting new relationships, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The SDR should be a quick learner with strong communication skills who can identify prospective pain points and unmet needs and showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
What Work You’ll do
- Assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns, researching prospects, identifying key decision makers, and acquiring contact information for potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team, to support lead generation and continuous account targeting and monitoring
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive product and market knowledge, to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Use Hubspot (CRM), cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Report to sales team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient using office software, including and especially Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management software platform (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in B2B sales development, sales support, and administrative role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
