Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio highlighting your hands-on design work
  • 3+ years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions that drive business growth
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to present and influence at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead design initiatives from concept to delivery
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3-5 designers located in different regions, providing mentorship, direction, and performance management
  • Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies
  • Manage project priorities, including identifying and aligning the necessary resources to support the design work
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define the design roadmap and priorities
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into innovative design solutions
  • Actively participate in the design process, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to validate ideas
  • Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience
  • Drive design sprints and workshops to ideate, prototype, and validate new product features
  • Review and provide hands-on feedback on design deliverables to ensure high quality and alignment with design system
  • Champion a user-centric design culture and advocate for design best practices across the organization
  • Provide design expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive a user-centric, growth-oriented mindset throughout the organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its applications in UX design is a plus
