Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields like Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • CPA or other relevant designations preferred
  • Analytics background and experience in a client service environment
  • Solid communication, teaming, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to research and generate ad-hoc solutions to problems
  • Strong Excel skills including using formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH
  • ETL Automation experience with Alteryx
  • Visualization experience with Tableau or MSFT PowerBI
  • Code-Based experience with Python (R acceptable but not preferred)
  • Data Query experience with SQL (T-SQL) or mySQL
  • Understanding of Relational Data and Database syntax (Table Structure, Joins, Filters)
Responsibilities
  • Translating data and analytics into actionable insights
  • Designing and executing the transformation and analysis of large datasets
  • Problem-solving and working independently on data analytics solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Managing cross-functional projects/initiatives
  • Effectively communicating complex technical topics to non-technical audience
  • Managing individual and supporting staff workflows and task responsibilities
