Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in Inventory Control
  • 2 Yrs ERP Experience
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory management & warehouse operations
  • Solid understanding of ERP functionality
  • Strong computer skills with MS office or G-Suite applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments
Responsibilities
  • Assisting the team in meeting company objectives through Inventory and materials management
  • Ensuring timely processing of shipping, receiving, and material deliveries
  • Obeying all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse
  • Receiving and verifying purchase orders and stock items appropriately
  • Picking and verifying kits
  • Completing physical inventories, cycles counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations
  • Providing inventory control reports as required
  • Researching and correcting inventory discrepancies and performing adjustments where needed
  • Identifying, documenting, and quarantining any damaged products
  • Assisting in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials
  • Ensuring compliance with CFS Hazardous Material storage plans
  • Completing incoming inspection of components with the CFS Quality Assurance and Quality Control team
  • Operating various Material Handling Equipment and obtaining a DOT License
