  • Five years of programming experience in Government or industry
  • A minimum of two years of programming experience in BPM K2 environment
Responsibilities
  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management engagement for a Federal Government Agency including non-personal services for Business Process Re-engineering of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.
  • Define subset of requirements for agile development of Integrated Workload Management System in support and execution of Contract Management Office responsibilities.
  • Focus efforts on Lean analysis and process efficiencies at Contract Management Offices while developing automation to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired
  • Core competencies: Teamwork, Leadership, Business Acumen, Communication, Motivation, Agility, Judgment, and Organization as desirable qualities
  • Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
  • Security Clearance is a valued asset
  • Curiosity – the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together
