- 5+ years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new (enterprise-) accounts and run a complex sales process
- Revenue quota-carrying experience with large enterprise customers is a must
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Fluent in German and English
- Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans geared at both maximising new business sales and expansion opportunities across a comprehensive portfolio of clients.
- Uncover opportunities at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop a sales Pipeline.
- Target key decision-makers (C-Level) and determine buying readiness and timelines.
- Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing.
- Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking objectives.
- Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Establish a thought leadership presence within the DAP industry in the DACH region, both internally and externally.
