The Impact U will make:
- Report to our Agile Management Office
- Commit to your team’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application
- Own the release management lifecycle, including scheduling and coordinating releases
- Partner with various key stakeholders in the release process including DevOps, Support, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
- Maintaining and updating the Release calendar
- Providing a centralized repository for release artifacts
- Coordinating and scheduling various major and patch releases
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the release management process and implementing them
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on the health of the releases
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the upcoming releases
- Facilitate various meetings including release go/nogo, checklist tracking, retrospectives
What U bring:
- Thorough understanding of the Agile mindset and values
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide release management processes
- 4-6 years of release management experience
- 7+ years of experience with one or more with fast paced, agile organizations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience working with upper-level management

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $102,900 - $176,400 + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
