Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role required.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and produce creative and relevant content.
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and basic web design software required.
Responsibilities
  • Assists with preparing content for newsletter; designs, lays out, schedules and sends newsletter(s) to mailing lists of prospective applicants and other contacts; Monitors analytics for newsletter(s).
  • Social Media: creates and posts content on Admissions Office social media accounts, cross-posts and promotes other offices’ posts as relevant and appropriate
  • Assists with design and layout print and electronic promotional materials
  • Works with Operations Coordinator to create and update Website and ASW content
  • Other duties as assigned
