Requirements
  • Hands-on worker with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience operating power tools (drill, grinder)
  • Comfortable using digital tools and organizational software
  • Maintain workspace conditions to facilitate cleanliness and productivity for other workspace users
  • Can read and interpret mechanical part and assembly drawings and instructions
  • Can lift up to 60 lbs
  • This position is located onsite in our Cambridge, MA headquarters
Responsibilities
  • Inspect, organize, and prepare hardware parts for assembly, including performing part reworks as necessary
  • Assemble prototypes using work instructions that will continue to evolve over time
  • Perform tests on prototypes to validate build quality
  • Document part and assembly issues, required reworks, and machine configurations for performance traceability
