What you’ll be doing...

Build tools, analyses, and insights that inform, quantify, and enable data visualization to drive business decisions; develop analytical views of data utilizing BI (Business Intelligence) tools like Tableau and web-based applications; deliver business value through BI reporting and analytics by driving insights to actions; connect various data locations to stage data before visualizations; provide business insights and recommendations to improve performance; act as a business enablement catalyst; build innovative design solutions by performing comprehensive statistical data analysis using cutting-edge data visualization and advanced analytical methods; participate in cross-functional project teams to identify critical items required to deliver business solutions; create critical dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau or Looker while partnering with GTS (Global Technology Solutions) to deliver reporting and data into operational tools; perform ad-hoc analysis and develop reproducible analytical approaches to meet business requirements; perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods; perform geospatial analyses and create geospatial visualizations to respond to business requests; present results and recommendations to senior management and business users; strategize, coordinate, detail, plan and define scope on multiple projects; lead collaboration to execute visual design phases; conduct and ensure user acceptance testing for database and applications prior to production release; establish and promote brand standards and best practices; detail and demonstrate solutions by developing wireframes, production documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and models; review existing visualizations to assess opportunities for improvement within the business and to drive an outstanding User Interface solution.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, BI or Data Analyst, Software Engineer/Developer, or Consultant/Specialist, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years in developing,
testing, debugging and implementing software applications and/or systems using Python and SQL; 4 years with data analysis and data visualization using Tableau; and 2 years with GCP or AWS cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
