Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, financial services experience essential.
  • Knowledge of report writing tools such as TSQL, SAS, Front Reports, MS Excel (including macros).
  • Programming experience using VB, SAS, SQL.
  • Experience in team training and development, people management experience.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, unlimited working rights in the UK
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to various business functions to drive system and process improvements and ensuring the timely and accurate investigation and resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all Service Requests (SR) are assessed and business approval is sought where necessary, providing scoping/support for larger system enhancements and projects.
  • Lead morning BAU allocation stand-up meetings, work with CASS managers to set weekly resourcing, and allocate tasks to team members to support prompt deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to develop junior and senior team members through regular one-to-ones and assistance with their deliverables.
  • Manage team members' leave and absence, organize training and user guidance to stakeholders, and liaise with third-party vendors and support teams in project initiation, scoping, development, and issue resolution.
