  • 5+ years of experience with project management in IT or digital modernization
  • 3+ years of experience in architecting large-scale networks, including creating network architecture artifacts using the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects
  • Experience with gathering requirements from project teams and determining priorities
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical members
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering
Responsibilities
  • Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy
  • Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts
  • Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
  • Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions
  • Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision
  • Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working at a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Major Command staff
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience with systems modeling tools, especially Cameo
  • Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
