Requirements
  • 4+ years B2B Sales/BD experience, with 1+ years experience working within data labeling
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and the role of high-quality labeled data in model development
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical offerings in a customer-centric way
  • Comfortable engaging technical decision-makers, including ML engineers, product leads, and innovation heads
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and outbound prospecting best practices
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across AI startups, enterprises, and research organizations
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, deal closure, and delivery of data
  • Understand client needs across different modalities and translate those into scoped data service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project delivery, timelines, and quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and report on deal progress and revenue forecasts
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help refine product and service offerings
