Capabilities

Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including training manuals, guides, and presentations, to support operational training programs.
Design and create visual aids, such as graphics, charts, and infographics, to support training materials and office-level briefings.
Design and develop visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to support training programs and executive briefings.
Create and edit course materials, including instructor guides, participant manuals, and presentation slides.
Evaluate and assess training programs to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and create data visualizations to present results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Create and disseminate training-related communications, including announcements, reminders, and feedback requests.
Analyze and report on training metrics, including participation rates, completion rates, and evaluation results, and create visualizations to present findings.
Edit and format images, charts, and graphs to ensure consistency and clarity.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand and style across all training materials and communications.
