Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio that reflects a wide range of interaction design exploration, including both physical and digital experiences.
  • Design fundamental skills: research, foundational system definition, sketching, prototyping, and integration.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the design process: From concept development to prototyping, you’ll bring interaction ideas to life for both digital and physical experiences.
  • Interaction Frameworks: Contribute to defining interaction frameworks for cobots in various environments, ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Industrial Designers (ID), engineers, and product managers to help design and refine digital and physical interactions that shape the overall cobot experience.
  • Prototyping: Assist in creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate on digital and physical interactions that improve user engagement and usability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous internship experience in consultancies or in-house design teams.
  • Senior-level student or recent graduate with a focus on UX or interaction design.
