  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field with MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience across investment banking, project development, project finance, and private equity
  • Energy and industrial infrastructure experience required
  • Leadership experience in deal structuring and financing
  • Expertise in complex financial modeling (corporate, project finance and valuation)
  • Strong relationships across capital providers in project finance, corporate, energy, and climatech sectors
  • Track record across the breadth of finance - corporate debt and equity; infrastructure/project finance; and tax equity
  • Experienced manager of finance teams, especially finance teams in formation
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in an entrepreneurial and startup environment
  • Track record of establishing processes and systems
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading key corporate and project finance transactions
  • Responsible for leading tax credit monetization and financing strategies
  • Manage all aspects of transaction execution including marketing, negotiation of term sheets, structuring, financial modeling, investor due diligence, transaction documentation, and internal project management
  • Lead due diligence, commercial negotiations, and manage data rooms
  • Develop and maintain valuable relationships with investors
  • Develop and work with complex corporate and project finance models
  • Organize and manage the process to obtain third-party reports to support finance work
  • Draft marketing materials for capital raising
  • Present financing proposals and transactions
  • Recruit top financiers to join Antora’s finance effort
  • Be a culture role model for a finance team in formation
