Wire Transfer Specialist I

What You Will Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers in U.S. Dollars and/or foreign currency through the Bank’s wire transfer system(s) with accuracy and within established SLAs
• Works directly with Profit Centers, and business units to resolve exception items and assist with wire transfers as needed
• Perform various security related functions such as PIN verifications for callback confirmations to validate the authenticity of outgoing wire transfers
• Responsible for managing, processing and monitoring electronic fund transfers securely and efficiently
• Requires attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Perform daily wire transfer functions to meet administrative, operational, and compliance goals. Input messages into wire transfer system. Assist with Bank’s wire transfer system upgrades and projects
• Assist with CRM cases from external offices on various requests
• Maintain consistent and concise communication with clients, associates, and department heads
• Perform deposit account status updates
• Monitor reporting and process time deposit renewal maintenance
• Process received Lexis Nexus deposit verifications
• Processing and handling of return mail for deposit accounts

What You Bring: 

• Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate clearly at various levels within the organization
• General knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is preferred.

Pay Range:  $20.00 - $25.00/HR
