Requirements
  • 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on SSP, Ad Tech, and the broader advertising ecosystem.
  • Product management experience with a focus on SSP integrations, ad servers, or programmatic platform strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading product execution, demonstrating a strong capability to move from strategy to delivery.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and prioritization, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics to achieve product goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Deep knowledge of ad serving technologies and programmatic advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, launch, and lifecycle management in the ad tech domain.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the product development lifecycle for the Roku Ad Exchange, focusing on execution from concept through to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to build products that optimize the efficiency and reach of Roku's ad-serving capabilities.
  • Define clear product roadmaps based on understanding market needs, technological trends, and Roku's strategic priorities.
  • Own the strategy and implementation of onboarding frameworks for SSPs, demand facilitation partners, and ad servers that support Roku Exchange’s growth.
  • Guide roadmap prioritization by balancing new partner integrations, auction trust, and platform-wide monetization outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business units to ensure product features are executed to the highest standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, prioritizing product features and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Spearhead the rollout and adoption strategies for new features, measuring product performance, and iterating based on feedback and data.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Connected TV (CTV) and video advertising is a plus.
  • Familiarity with measurement, identity landscape, and privacy regulations within the advertising industry.
