Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Help patients improve daily living skills and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Occupational Therapist.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
