Extension Educators Coordinator 3 - Family and Consumer Sciences, Vinton County

This position is located in Vinton County, OH. The position will work collaboratively with the Vinton County Family and Consumer Sciences Educator and the whole Extension Staff to design, conduct and evaluate on-line and face to face educational programs and activities for youth and adult audiences on health, food and nutrition, and financial education. Position focuses on providing research-based education and resources to improve the well-being of individuals and families within the county. Collaborate with local organizations, use and develop educational materials, and conduct workshops to address community needs. May be required to replicate and adhere to existing programs that meet the needs of their local community. Attends relevant FCS trainings, in-services and conferences as needed. Participate in relevant Extension teams. Coordinate and work with volunteers assisting with educational programs. Collect, compile and report program evaluation data. Position contingent upon funding availability.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this job profile is $16.65 - $21.77 hourly.The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
