  • 15+ years of experience with Commercial Strategy Consulting, Product Marketing or Product Management in life sciences
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and launching products with increasing market share
  • BA/BS or equivalent, working experience and MBA; Up to 25% travel
  • Leadership experience, highly analytical approach and critical thinking
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with product and commercial teams
  • Experience in neurovascular, vascular, radiology, cardiology, oncology a plus
  • Lead the product lifescience (pharma, bio, med tech) marketing team to own the product portfolio and business results
  • Develop a deep understanding of our markets and create product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products to industry customers
  • Partner with the Product team to empathize with our user experience and develop and communicate the value proposition, benefits and use cases of the product
  • Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution for our growing portfolio of products, including informing and helping to decide on pricing, promotion and packaging to drive awareness, lead generation, cross-selling, and revenue growth
  • Work with Business Development, Product and Customer Success teams to become the expert on the purchasing process, including how prospects decide and their decision criteria
  • Manage and hire new team members and regularly give feedback to the team and conduct employee evaluation based on previously determined KPIs
  • You have successfully run, managed and evaluated organized marketing campaigns to a targeted customer base
  • You have worked in healthtech, pharma/biotech and/or medical devices as a marketer or a consultant with commercial lifescience teams
  • You are agile in flexing from strategic thinking to tactical execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are collaborative, and partner with experienced lifescience business development, commercial and product development teams
  • You are goal oriented and focused on driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in the highly-competitive, developing healthtech ai field
