Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant area such as Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience designing, building, and operating digital solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; data query and automation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or UiPath; and data mining and predictive tools such as Python or R.
  • Strong knowledge and applied experience with databases and enterprise-wide information systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, JD Edwards, SQL queries, data lakes, and application programming interfaces, including relational databases and data visualization.
  • Ability to resolve issues related to audit and controls analysis, continuous auditing, continuous monitoring, data access and analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven project management abilities, including personal time management and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of sustainable and cost-effective digital solutions that advance the technology maturity of the Internal Audit organization.
  • Work with Global Audit & Assurance staff, third-party providers, and leadership to design and implement digital solutions that improve process efficiency and effectiveness, identify new insights, standardize and scale solutions, and improve end-user experience.
  • Lead the design and development of advanced analytics and automation solutions to query, mine, and analyze large data sets using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Python.
  • Develop technology solutions using optical character recognition, predictive machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain governance for data quality and change-management controls within the solutions.
  • Develop methodologies for efficient and repeatable data extraction and normalization processes.
  • Lead analytics-as-a-service engagements or investigation areas by understanding enterprise data, business processes, and stakeholder needs.
  • Review code and perform testing to detect and minimize application problems.
  • Use communication to influence without authority and drive key initiatives with Global Audit & Assurance leadership.
  • Strategize, lead, and deliver global training programs focused on digital and technology adoption.
  • Lead special projects and participate in project teams that improve operations across audit services.
