Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Support in employee benefits management, including enrollment, issue resolution, and communication with vendors.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
