Revenue Enablement Manager, Programs
Location: This role is available for hybrid work (2 days in office) from our offices : Ghent, Chicago & London or from the US hub cities (New York, Boston, Austin) where we connect 2 times a month in co-working spaces
About the position
As the Revenue Enablement Manager, Programs, you will play a pivotal role on the Enablement team and have the opportunity to have a hand in both GTM Strategy and Execution. The responsibilities of this role include enablement program design and execution for critical business initiatives that touch GTM, monitoring health and success of these programs (in the context of our Enablement or corporate OKR framework), and working cross functionally to ensure the programs are designed with the right inputs, and strategic plan to drive success.
This role will report directly into the VP of Global Revenue Enablement and work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, development, execution and reinforcement of global enablement programs that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring they drive measurable impact across all functions.
- Examples of existing initiatives include Product Enablement, Pricing and Packaging, Value Realisation, Messaging and Positioning and more
- Establish, track, and continuously optimise KPIs for each program, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance program effectiveness over time
- Employ change management best practices to drive adoption of new processes and GTM motions, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption across the Revenue organisation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as a central point of communication between GTM, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure program alignment and continuous feedback for iterative improvements
- Drive leadership engagement and buy-in, ensuring revenue leaders are not only aware of but actively champion the enablement programs, empowering them to coach their teams effectively
- Serve as the advocate for GTM teams during the design of new GTM programs, ensuring that their daily workflows and challenges are fully integrated into program development to enhance relevance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design scalable, consistent enablement content—including one-pagers, courses, playbooks, and job aids—that supports just-in-time learning and aligns with strategic program goals.
- Act as Enablement SME on program design and execution principles, work closely with the Field Enablement team to ensure adoption of these principles
- Work closely with counterpart on the Content, Programs and Platforms team to ensure all programs are created and housed effectively in Showpad
- Identify areas of strategic need for GTM by taking a data driven approach to identify root causes, to justify program time/ investment, and to demonstrate outcomes
- Identify opportunities across various aspects of our GTM strategy that need Enablement attention and improvement, work closely with the leader of the Field Enablement team to develop a plan to action top priorities
- Create and present business cases for net new initiative investment to Sr leaders and executive audiences
- Other responsibilities as needed
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on enablement or GTM strategy, including a proven track record of leading successful, large-scale initiatives
- Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Proven track record of building and optimising processes
- Comfortable presenting in front of a Sr leadership and executive audience
- Team player that has a passion for the future of the Enablement profession
- Creative and analytical thinker who finds out of the box solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve effectively.
- Comfortable stepping into a role where not everything is figured out. Is excited by the opportunity to build and innovate
We’ll consider it a bonus if you have:
- Experience in a customer facing role for any period of time considered an asset
- Experience with Showpad or similar Enablement software strongly preferred.
