Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or web management, including at least 3 years of hands-on content management system experience; HubSpot content management system experience is strongly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience independently building and maintaining content management system pages, including working with templates, modules, and page structure without developer or agency support.
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization fundamentals, including how on-page structure, metadata, and content affect discoverability.
  • Strong command of web analytics and reporting, with the ability to navigate HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 independently.
  • Knowledge of tagging and attribution, including the ability to audit data flows across the site, identify breaks, and resolve or direct fixes.
  • Curiosity about changes in search and discovery, including artificial intelligence-driven and generative search, answer engine optimization, and generative engine optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with ownership of accuracy and timeliness across many communities and pages.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, frame recommendations, own concerns, and report performance to peers and executives.
  • Experience with senior living, healthcare, or another regulated, multi-location industry.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing concepts.
  • Experience working alongside marketing agencies.
Responsibilities
  • Localize and maintain community microsites with local information, events, imagery, and product specifics.
  • Own the performance of lead-generation tools, including assessments, chatbots, and gated content, by diagnosing underperformance, deciding optimizations, and directing agency implementation.
  • Bring content management on agency-built templates in-house and maintain it independently.
  • Conduct and publish content updates across all communities.
  • Drive website and landing-page performance by analyzing trends, diagnosing underperformance, deciding optimizations, and sequencing agency-dependent work with the Director against retainer capacity.
  • Safeguard tagging and attribution integrity by auditing data flows, identifying gaps or breaks, and resolving or directing resolution of reporting issues.
  • Lead community-level local search reviews by compiling location data against high-volume senior living queries and determining which locations need attention.
  • Define the organization's answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization approach and structural standards for AI-driven and generative search across web properties.
  • Direct cross-functional partners executing listings, reviews, and public relations mentions by providing the data and strategy needed to deliver results.
  • Create new pages and microsites in HubSpot for new developments, acquisitions, and product extensions, building them end to end in staged environments with search engine optimization and brand consistency, then handing them to the agency for launch and quality assurance.
  • Deliver executive-level performance reporting that drives strategic decisions.
  • Shape the organization's perspective on changes in search and discovery, especially AI-driven search, and bring recommendations that influence the team's approach.
Desired Qualifications
  • HubSpot content management system experience.
  • Experience with senior living, healthcare, or another regulated, multi-location industry.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing concepts.
  • Experience working alongside marketing agencies.

Cedarhurst Senior Living runs a network of senior living communities that provide Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care under the Cedarhurst and Cedar Creek brands. It operates 50 communities across eight states, with three more under construction, and is part of The Dover Companies, a developer and operator of senior housing. Its communities combine housing with level-based care to support residents’ daily living needs. By offering multiple care options within the same brand family, Cedarhurst helps residents choose the right level of support without moving to a different organization. The company differentiates itself through its scale (dozens of communities), multi-brand approach, and ownership by a dedicated developer/operator of senior housing, which allows consistency in service and growth. Cedarhurst’s goal is to create communities where each person feels loved, valued, supported, and able to live life to the fullest.
