Requirements
  • Experience working with children is required in the sense that the role involves supervising and caring for children aged 4–11.
  • Candidates must comply with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and provide two references, including one from their most recent employer and one from a childcare setting if applicable.
  • Candidates must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, Children's Barred List Check, and suitability checks.
  • Candidates must provide the correct documentation for the Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver age-appropriate activities such as multi-sports, arts and crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep them safe and clean.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring that every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in and sign-out processes.
  • Work split shifts from 7:30–9:00 a.m. and 3:00–5:30 p.m.
  • Run activities and manage groups of children.
  • Conduct breakfast and after-school childcare activities for children aged 4–11.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work.
