  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, while leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Demonstrated history of successfully expanding partnerships and significantly increasing contract value
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in complex and dynamic business environments
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Substantial senior-level experience at a growth-stage SaaS company, demonstrating leadership and strategic impact
  • Ability to travel internationally, approximately 25% of the time

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development and partner growth strategy
  • Lead a team of partner managers to employ value-selling strategies
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our industry, market trends, and customer pain points
  • Act as an inspiring leader, effectively managing a large extended team of direct and indirect reporting resources
  • Zoom in and out on different aspects of the business to identify creative opportunities
  • Collaborate and directly own relationships with key partners
  • Demonstrate operational excellence by accurately forecasting and analyzing diverse metrics
