Requirements
Experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting
Experience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process

Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations including patient scheduling and registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposits, office maintenance, and computer systems
Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency, including staff selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR
Ensure the practice delivers exceptional patient service, including timely resolution of patient concerns and service recovery
Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to implement strategic initiatives and support practice growth
Manage, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support to physicians and clinical staff as needed
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient volume, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes staff engagement and professional development
Enforce office policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence
Perform other related duties as needed
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Full-time: Monday-Friday
Pay rate starting at $75,000/year
Must be able to travel between Quincy and Plymouth locations
