- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the home healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to clients' homes as needed.
- Build clinical referral sources in Hillsborough and surrounding markets.
- Manage account relationships, ensuring that patient needs are met.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of caregivers, nurses, and therapists to ensure clients receive optimal care.
- Coordinate discharge planning for patients to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of services and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home healthcare services.
- Build and maintain referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing centers, and surrounding healthcare markets.
- Receive patient admissions for home health care and private-pay patients while ensuring they receive high-quality care.
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least three years of experience in home healthcare.
