We are currently looking for a Program Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) program within our GTM Operations organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and priorities with the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) roadmaps. Your main responsibilities will include prioritizing CPQ enhancements to improve sales efficiency, collaborating with various teams for smooth NPI launches, and ensuring GTM compliance with SOX controls in the quote-to-cash process.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in GTM strategy alignment and operations management. You should also possess a strong understanding of NPI methodologies and CPQ systems while being able to think strategically while focusing on deliverables. Candidates should bring a passion for how technology is changing the way we work and have some experience managing these kinds of programs. If you’re interested in this role, you should enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, building strong cross-functional relationships, synthesizing complex technical and operational considerations into tangible business requirements, and effectively communicating across all levels of an organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Align Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and priorities with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) roadmaps

Prioritize CPQ enhancements based on business needs, product complexity, and market requirements

Collaborate with sales, finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth NPI launches, CPQ deployments, and integration with enterprise systems

Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and their integration with CPQ and other business systems

Ensure compliance with SOX controls for transparency in quote-to-cash processes

Work closely with our internal compliance team and external auditors to provide accurate data in a timely manner

Streamline CPQ processes to boost sales efficiency, reduce errors, accelerate time-to-market, and enhance customer satisfaction

Advocate for best practices in NPI and CPQ methodologies
WHO YOU ARE
-
5+ years of experience in GTM strategy alignment and operations management

Strong understanding of NPI methodologies, CPQ systems and strategy development within the SaaS industry

Experience with CPQ tools like Apttus/Conga, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.

Exceptional collaborator and communicator with an ability to proactively identify and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues that may arise during projects

Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture while also being comfortable in the details of deliverables

Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact
