This Position reports to:

Internship: 

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Support in the management and organization of occupational risk prevention documentation (filing, review of validity, document control).
• Collaboration in the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE): Document review of contracts and subcontracts, Support in access control and preventive requirements.
• Collaboration in monitoring: existing risk assessments, preventive action plans (only at the monitoring and learning level).
• Support in the administrative management of: OSH training and PPE deliveries (document registration and traceability).
• Learning to use PRL management tools (databases, SharePoint, CAE platforms).
• Support in the preparation of documentation for internal or external audits.
• Collaboration in preventive improvement initiatives and safety culture.

📚Qualifications for the Role

• Education:
  Bachelor's Degree in Prevention and Comprehensive Safety
  Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources (with an interest in Occupational Risk Prevention)
  Vocational Training or University Studies related to Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety and Health, or related areas
  Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus.
   

• Languages: 
  Spanish: native or advanced
  Catalan: desirable
  English: basic-intermediate level for understanding internal technical documentation.
   

• Additional knowledge: 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  Interest in document management and preventative processes.
  Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  Ability to work in regulated environments with defined procedures.
