Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or related functions preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with web based applications.
  • Technical expertise in inventory control and cost analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills. Able to prioritize effectively in a team environment.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to read, interpret, and explain instructions and reports.
  • Basic math and reasoning ability to handle day to day problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate data on materials received, work in progress, finished goods, and shipments.
  • Provide reliable inventory information to production planning so schedules are accurate and on time.
  • Order production parts and office supplies as needed, ensuring resources are always available.
  • Prepare inventory analysis and reports to support operations and management decisions.
  • Conduct inventory counts and job reporting by profit center.
  • Support general office functions including safety meeting participation and recordkeeping improvements.
