Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
2 or more years of relevant experience required. Previous call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage initiatives focusing on new projects, process optimization, and customer and employee experience enhancements
Lead roadmap of enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvements
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions
Author and deliver executive level reporting, including periodic business reviews
Design and build robust architecture to support product/operations/business initiatives
Be an expert in a topic/area of coverage and the trusted 'go-to' person for others
Articulate suggestions and opinions to leadership frequently, backed by data and knowledge of the project and business
Knowledgeable on compliance and operational rules and how they apply to the business
Expert on the product and operational tasks

The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing effective operating procedures for the Beyond Finance Sales Department’s call center. Their duties include reviewing and implementing processes to improve company operations. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”

What You’ll Do
