  • Execute compliance projects and tasks.
  • Work with HR and legal to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and management.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance-related topics to HR staff and management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping of all compliance-related documents and reports.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain documentation of all compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues related to compliance, including complaints and investigations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal team members as needed to address complex compliance issues.
  • Support litigation needs.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement corrective actions to address identified compliance issues.
  • Provide recommendations for improving HR compliance processes and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management.
  • Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments in HR compliance to continuously improve training programs.
