Responsibilities
  • Support claim handling efforts and assist with maintaining service levels during periods of adjuster absences
  • Investigate, analyze, evaluate, and settle insurance claims involving liability issues, auto physical damage losses, bodily injury, and property damage losses
  • Determine validity of claims, verify, and complete coverage investigations
  • Establish value of losses and negotiate settlements within limits of authority, consistent with established procedures and legal and contractual obligations
